Is the discovery call really free?

Yes. 30 minutes, no cost, no obligation. We'll talk about your practice and I'll give you an honest assessment of whether working together makes sense. If it doesn't, I'll tell you that too.

What should I prepare for the call?

Nothing specific is required. If you have recent financial statements or tax returns handy, they can be helpful context — but they're not necessary for a first conversation. The most useful thing is knowing what questions or challenges you'd like to discuss.

How quickly can you start?

It depends on the time of year and current capacity. I intentionally keep client count low to maintain quality. Typically, onboarding takes 2-4 weeks after we agree to move forward. For tax season, it's best to reach out early.

Do you work with practices outside of dermatology?

Yes. While my operational experience is in dermatology, the financial frameworks apply across independent medical practices — primary care, ophthalmology, dental, med spa, and others. The key is practice size (1-5 providers) and wanting a proactive financial partner.

Can I just hire you for tax prep?

Yes, standalone tax preparation is available. That said, most practice owners get significantly more value when preparation is paired with planning. We can discuss what makes sense during the call.
